Today was a busy day as it was a day off of work for my husband. We went to the local Farmer's Market and saw several friends there. We went and picked up some flowers to fill the hanging baskets for the front porch and the planters on the back deck. I planted the lily bulbs got I for Mother's Day and my husband and granddaughter planted the vegetable garden. We stopped at the Butcher Shop here in town to get some steaks for the BBQ and I wanted to try a new recipe for potatoes on the BBQ. Wouldn't you know as soon as the potatoes were 1/2 way cooked I ran out of propane. The fact that my hubby had been reminding me for a week to get  the old tank exchanged came back to bite me in the butt. He slowly got off the lawnmower and put the old tanks in the trunk of the car and sent me on my way to get new tanks. Hate when they are right. Came home and finished the supper and it was delicious. All you do is slice the potatoes almost all the way through and place them on a tinfoil lined cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil, butter, sea salt, garlic powder. Cook at 425F for 40 minutes and enjoy. So now I am going to relax and no quilting for this girl today, too tired.
